Frequently asked

Before you ask.

What we most want you to know about turning inquiries into confirmed appointments.

How it works

No. We handle the conversations that slip through — after-hours messages, follow-up, reminders — so your team can focus on the people in front of them. Your staff stays in control; we fill the gaps.

The channels where your inquiries already arrive — Instagram DMs, web forms, chat. Everything flows into one organized inbox, so nothing waits on a single person's attention.

Most routine inquiries get an intelligent, on-brand reply within minutes — including after hours. Complex or sensitive questions are flagged for a human, on your terms.

Routine questions and scheduling are handled automatically. When a conversation is sensitive, complex, or clearly needs a person, it's escalated to your coordinator — with the full context attached.

Pricing & billing

The monthly automation model is quoted after a short audit — there is no published flat price, because the scope is tailored. The per-appointment model has no monthly subscription: a one-time setup fee (quoted before onboarding) plus $15 per confirmed, billable appointment.

Billing depends on appointment qualification and attribution rules we agree on before we start. Not every booking is automatically billable — we define what counts together, so you're never charged for something that didn't meet the bar.

A one-time setup fee is quoted before onboarding, based on your channels and volume. It covers configuration, integrations, and the qualification rules — there are no hidden recurring setup costs.

Those rules are part of the qualification and attribution agreement we set up together. We won't bill you under rules we haven't agreed on — and we don't publish invented policies for edge cases.

Data & trust

Never. We capture business information for the audit — name, business, contact details, volume, the challenge you're facing, and the model you're interested in. No patient or medical data is requested.

No. Every demonstration is explicitly labeled 'Illustrative demonstration — not real client data.' We don't show real conversations, and we don't publish fabricated performance metrics or testimonials.

Consent is captured where verifiable — for example, the audit form's privacy consent checkbox. Communication preferences are respected throughout.

Not yet. The conversational agent is designed and prepared — answering questions, explaining the two models, qualifying inquiries, helping schedule audits, and escalating sensitive questions to a human — but it is not active until configured and tested. We won't claim it's live until it is.
